Romans Chapter 5 talks about enjoying God and the things of God and it does so in strong
language.  It talks about exulting.  Exulting is usually reserved for the greatest celebrations of
the greatest victories.  Most folks don't get much real exulting done in a lifetime, but Paul
makes it sound like maybe it should be a fairly regular thing.
Another place Paul talks about the Christian's joy as glorious joy.  And the Christian's peace
is described as passing all understanding.  Does this describe the condition of your joy and
your peace?  If it does not then I probably don't have to ask if you have done any major
exulting lately - unless you were a huge LSU fan in which case you possibly got in a couple
of minutes before moving on to the next vicarious endeavor.
If your joy is glorious and your peace passes even your own understanding then go on and
exult and I'll see you next week.  If that does not describe your situation, why not?  There is
only one answer to that question regardless of what you might expect.  If you are looking for
anything good outside of God you will find nothing to exult about, but if you look to Him
and only to Him prepare to celebrate!
