One Point Muffins
1 Box Krusteaz Fat-Free Muffin Mix OR
Fat-Free Brownie Mix
3 c Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal
2 1/2 c water
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cover cereal with water, and let sit for 5 minutes. Add muffin mix
and baking powder, and mix well. Drop into 24 paper-lined muffin
tins. Bake according to directions on muffin/brownie box.
