Berry Lemon Cheesecake
8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese
room temp
8 oz tub Cool Whip Free
1/4 c fat free milk
1 tsp sugar-free lemonade mix
4 drops yellow food coloring (opt)
2 Tbs sugar-free strawberry
preserves
Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add food coloring and
mix until blended. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and freeze 1
hour. Microwave 2 Tbs preserves for 25 seconds, then
drizzle over cheesecake and serve.
Serving = 3/4 cup
