Black Bean Chili

3/4 lb        ground round
1 Tbs        chili powder
1 can        black beans, rinsed
(15 oz)        & drained
1 3/4 c      canned crushed tomato
             undrained
1 (8 oz)     jar hot salsa

1.  Cook ground round in large skillet over medium-hi heat, stirring until it
crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well.  Add chili powder; cook 3
minutes, stirring constantly.
2.  Add black beans, tomatoes, and salsa; bring to a boil.  Cover, reduce
heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Serving = 1 cup
Points per serving = 3
Yield = 4 servings

Use lean ground round and make it CORE!
