Brownie Cupcake Bites

> 21 oz regular brownies, dry mix
> 1/2 cup water
> 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
> 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
> 1 1/2 cups light whipped topping
> holiday sprinkles/ red & green candies

> Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 mini muffin cups
w/cupcake liners. Combine brownie mix, water, applesauce,
and egg whites in a large bowl. Beat 50 strokes w/a wooden
spoon; do not under mix. Pour brownie mixture into prepared
muffin tins. Bake 12 min. or until tester inserted in center of
brownie comes out clean. Let Brownie Cupcake Bites cool.
Before serving, decorate each brownie with a dollop of light
whipped topping and sprinkles or red & green candies.
