Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream

32        reduced-fat cream-filled chocolate            
                   sandwich cookies coarsely                 
                                crumbled
1/2        gallon vanilla fat-free sugar free ice         
                  cream, slightly softened
1 8 oz   container frozen fat-free whipped             
                  topping thawed

1.  Combine crumbled cookies and softened ice
cream stirring just until blended. Fold in
whipped topping.
2.  Spoon mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan
or other large shallow container.
3. Cover and free until firm.  Scoop ice cream
into serving bowls.  

Serving = 1/2 cup
Points per serving = 4
Servings = 16
