Corn Muffins

1 c             self-rising corn meal
1 can        cream style corn
15 oz
2               egg whites
           Splenda to taste (optional)

Mix all ingredients well.  Divide into 10 sprayed muffin cups.  Bake at
350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  

Serving = 1 muffin
Points per serving = 1
Servings = 10
