Crunchy Cereal Mix
1Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
4 1/2 oz ea. bite size crispy corn and crispy wheat squares cereals
4 oz unsalted shelled roasted peanuts
2 oz thin pretzel sticks
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic or onion powder
Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl combine cereal, peanuts, pretzels, and
seasoning. Toss mixture with butter spray, Worcestershire sauce, and hot
sauce. Spread mixture on large baking sheet and bake, stirring
occasionally, until mixture is lightly toasted 25 - 30 minutes. Makes 12
servings 3/4 cup each.
