Garden Vegetable Wraps

2 slices        turkey bacon
4 10 inch      flour tortillas
1/4 c             roasted garlic-flavored light cream
                        cheese (like Kraft)
20                 fresh basil or spinach leaves (strips)
2 1/2 c          coarsely chopped tomato (2 or so)
3/4 c             chopped sweet red pepper (1 or so)
1/4 tsp          freshly ground black pepper

1. Cook bacon in a microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until crisp;
crumble and set aside.
2. Spread 1 side of each tortilla with 1 Tbs cream cheese. Layer
bacon, basil, tomato, and red pepper evenly over cream cheese;
sprinkle each with black pepper.
3. roll up tortillas, jellyroll fashion; wrap bottom halves of sandwiches
with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Serve immediately.

Serving = 1 tortilla
