Goulash

2 oz        cooked ground beef lean
1/4 c       chopped onion
1/2 c       sliced musrooms
1 c          green beans
1/4 c       tomato sauce
1/2 c       water
1/4 tsp    pepper
1/4 tsp    garlic powder

Cook everything until tender.
Add 1/2 c cooked whole-wheat macaroni.   CORE RECIPE
