KFC Style Coleslaw

1/3 c           Splenda
1/2 tsp        salt
1/8 tsp        pepper
1/2 c           fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 c           fat-free milk
1/4 c           low-fat buttermilk
2 1/2 Tbs   lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs   white vinegar
8 c              finely diced cabbage
1/4 c           finely diced carrots

In a salad bowl combine sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise,
milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, and vinegar.   Add cabbage and
carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Serving = 1 cup
Points per serving = 1/2
Servings = 8
