"On-the-Go" Bars

2                Egg whites
1/2 c          natural apple sauce
1                banana, mashed
1 tsp         vanilla
1 small     apple, (w/ or w/o peel) grated or finely  chopped             
             

Blend above ingredients in a food processor. (Or stir in a bowl).

Add: 1 1/2 c dry oatmeal, 5 Tbs Splenda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1
tsp cinnamon, 1/2 c dry nonfat milk, 1/2 tsp nutmeg.

Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees in a sprayed 8x8 pan.  Cut into 8
pieces, wrap & go.

Serving = 1 bar
Points per serving = 2
Servings = 8
