Pizza Pie

4                 ready-to-bake refrig. buttermilk flaky biscuits
                            (1 oz ea)
2 tsp           olive or canola oil
dash           pepper
1/2 c           diced onion
1/2 c           diced green bell pepper
1/2 c           tomato sauce
1/2 tsp        oregano
1/2 tsp        basil
2 oz (1/2 c)  shredded low-fat cheese

Heat oven to 400. On wax paper place biscuits next to each
other; cover w/ more wax paper and roll dough to from circle
about 8" in diameter and 1/8" thick. Remove paper and fit
dough into 7" pie plate; prick bottom and sides of dough w/
fork. Bake 8-10 minutes. Heat oil; add veggies and saute till
soft. Add tomato sauce and seasonings and cook till
thickened. Pour over crust. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 10-15
minutes more. Cut in 1/4's.
