Stuffed Shells
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
10 oz & drained
1 pkg ff cottage cheese
16 oz
1 c shredded part-skim mozzarella
cheese, divided
1 egg white
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 env Good Seasons Italian Salad
Dressing
20 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked,
drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce
13 1/2 oz
1. Mix spinach, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, egg
white, red pepper and salad dressing mix in a large bowl until well
blended. Fill each shell with 1 heaping Tbs spinach mixture.
2. Spoon 1/2 of the sauce into 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange shells in
baking dish; spoon remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with
remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil.
3. Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
