Weight Watchers Mexican Pizza

16 oz    fat-free canned refried beans
12         salt-free/lite salt rice cakes
1 c        salsa
2           plum tomato, diced (med)
4 oz      chopped green chiles -  canned, drained
1/2 c     green pepper, chopped
1/2 c     onion, chopped
1 c        low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c     reduced-fat sour cream

1. Heat beans and spread over rice cakes.
2. Layer with salsa, tomatoes, chilies, green pepper, onion,
and cheese.
3. Garnish with sour cream.

Serving = 1 pizza
Points per serving = 2
Servings = 12
