Smoothie Breakfast Cookies

1 pkt        WW Peaches & Cream
               Smoothie
1/3 c        oats
4 pkts      Splenda  (= 8 tsp)
1 Tbs       Craisins
1/4 tsp      baking powder
1/4 c        apple sauce

Mix well.  Divide in 1/2 and place on sprayed cookie sheet. Pat
down into large round cookie shapes.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
or until slightly browned.

Serving = 1 cookie
Points per serving = 2
Servings = 2

Omit the craisins for CORE -
Or, use a WW Chocolate Smoothie
+ 1 tsp cocoa for a "brownie cookie"
taste!
