Valentine Trifle

10 oz prepared angel food cake
16 oz pineapple chunks in juice
20 oz light cherry pie filling
2 small boxes sugar-free cherry gelatin, dry
water
8 oz Cool Whip Free

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.  Combine juice with additional water to equal
2 cups.  Bring water mixture to a boil and use to prepare cherry gelatin.  Cool
15 min. in refrigerator.  Cut angel food cake into cubes, approx. 1" in size.  Put
1/2 of the cubes in trifle bowl or any bowl (should hold about 12 cups of
contents.).  Layer the pineapple pieces, 1/2 of cherry pie filling, and 1/2 of
cherry gelatin.  Repeat layers.  Top with Cool Whip Free.  Chill before serving.
