Here it is! Last Two Recipes:
Apple Slaw
1 medium Fuji apple
1 medium Granny Smith apple
2 c broccoli slaw mix
1/2 c plain ff yogurt
1/2 T honey
3/4 t Splenda
Cut both apples into matchstick sized strips and
place in a large bowl. Add slaw mix to the bowl.
Toss well and set aside. In a small bowl, combine
yogurt, honey, and Splenda until mixed well. Pour
into the large bowl and stir until apple strips and
slaw mix are thoroughly coated. Chill slaw for at
least 30 minutes. Store in the fridge until readyh to
serve.
Makes 5 servings

Creamy Vanilla Dip
3/4 c Cool Whip Free, thawed
3 T ff cream cheese, room temperature
3 T Splenda
1/2 T sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until
smooth and blended. Refrigerate for at least 30
minutes before serving.
Makes 5 servings
Serving = 1
